01. Poster
For this project, each film was exported as a sequence of still images that were then edited down to images containing circles. In the film, Alphaville, references to time are symbolized by a circle. "Time is like a circle, spinning infinitely. The declining arc is the past, and the inclining arc is the future. That is all there is to say."
Curating images with circles was a starting point to find a common thread through all the films being shown.
